Storms make demand lumpy
Searches for emergency roof repair can jump to several times their normal level after a storm, then fall away. Your marketing has to work in the quiet weeks and the busy ones.
Google Maps leads for home service contractors. We build your website and run your Google Business Profile.
Homeowners hire a roofer they can check. Make it easy to check you.
A new roof is one of the biggest jobs a homeowner pays for, and they are warned to be careful about who they hire. So before they call, they look you up. We build the website and the Google profile that hold up when they do.
These are the things that make roofing unlike a plumber or a painter.
Searches for emergency roof repair can jump to several times their normal level after a storm, then fall away. Your marketing has to work in the quiet weeks and the busy ones.
Homeowners are told to check a contractor's licence, insurance and references, and to be wary of anyone who turns up unasked after a storm. Your online presence is part of that check.
The advice to homeowners is to collect more than one written estimate. You are usually one of two or three, so the roofer they find first and trust most has the edge.
A finished roof is something a homeowner can see. Photos of your work and reviews from neighbours do much of the selling.
After a big storm, out-of-town crews arrive and homeowners get nervous. The Federal Trade Commission lists warning signs it wants people to watch for. Among them are a contractor who says no licence is needed, one who pushes you to sign right away for a discount, one who asks you to sign over your insurance check, and one who wants everything paid up front.
A local roofer who has been there for years is the opposite of every item on that list. The job of your website and Google profile is to prove it: your real address and phone number, your reviews, your insurance and licence details, and photos of roofs in the neighbourhoods you serve.
We make that proof easy to find. We do not make claims about other roofers, and you should not have to.

Google keyword data shows how sharp the swings are. Searches for "emergency roof repair" were estimated at about 22,000 in July 2026, roughly four times the level a month earlier. Searches for "storm damage roof repair" jumped in the same way. These are estimates, not exact counts.
That is why the two halves of our work do different jobs. Your website and Google profile are the base. They keep working in the quiet weeks, and they are already in place when a storm hits. Google Ads is the tool you can turn up quickly when demand spikes and turn down when it passes.

Google lists roofing among the trades that can run Local Services Ads, the badge-marked listings at the top of the page, charged per lead. Google asks roofers for business and owner checks, liability insurance, and state business and owner licences where local law requires them.
Google is also moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads. Roofing is named in the first group, which began in August 2026. We set up and manage them. Tell us your state on the call and we will say what Google asks of you and whether they make sense next to search ads.
